This renovation project has transformed an old apartment into a contemporary, youthful, and functional environment. The spaces have been completely rethought: the living and sleeping areas have been reversed to enhance natural light and optimize the layout.
The new layout allowed for the creation of an open-plan living area that is both welcoming and well-organized, while still maintaining a clear division between functions. In the sleeping area, the previously long and impractical bathroom was replaced with a more spacious and comfortable one, alongside a practical laundry room.
All systems have been completely redone to ensure modern comfort and efficiency. The interiors have been furnished with a fresh and contemporary style, enhanced by natural oak flooring laid in a classic Italian herringbone pattern, which brings warmth and character to every room.
