The renovation project was born from a complete rethinking of the interior layout, with the goal of transforming an outdated apartment into a contemporary, bright, and highly functional home.
The floor plan was entirely redesigned to enhance the overall livability of the spaces. The living and sleeping areas were swapped to make the most of the apartment's orientation and natural light, resulting in a spacious and welcoming open-plan living area where the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces coexist in perfect harmony.
The sleeping area was also completely reimagined. The original long and impractical bathroom was replaced with a larger, more comfortable one, complemented by a separate laundry room designed to optimize space and improve everyday living.
The renovation also included the complete replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring high standards of comfort and efficiency. The interiors feature a fresh, contemporary style, enhanced by natural oak flooring laid in an Italian herringbone pattern, adding warmth, continuity, and timeless elegance throughout the home.
