The project involved the design and construction of three medium-sized terraced houses, distributed over two levels. The goal was to create comfortable and functional homes, with a modern design and well-organized spaces to meet the needs of contemporary living.
The houses share a main entrance, which welcomes residents and leads to each home.
On the ground floor, the living area was designed as an open space that opens onto a private garden at the back. This open and bright space, with large windows connecting the interior to the exterior, is ideal for moments of relaxation and socializing. Each house has a small private garden, perfect for outdoor activities, gardening, or simply enjoying free time outdoors.
On the first floor, each house features two spacious double bedrooms that offer comfort and privacy. A service bathroom, positioned between the two rooms, ensures easy access from both, providing functionality and practicality for everyday use.
The entire project stands out for its smart use of space, creating a welcoming and functional home for modern living.
